An 11-day rite of passage experience guiding boys aged 13–15 into young adulthood.
Rite of passage
Ndeiya House is home to The Riika Program — a thoughtfully designed rite of passage experience that guides boys through a meaningful transition into young adulthood.
Delivered by Camp Mwanaume Ltd, the Riika Program is an 11-day immersive residential experience for boys aged 13–15 years. It blends character development, mentorship, cultural grounding, and initiation within a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
The difference

Hosted at the serene and secure Ndeiya House — a calm, distraction-free environment built for growth.
Honours tradition and cultural identity while equipping boys with the mindset and tools for modern life.
Designed to leave a lasting impact on mindset and character — boys leave different from how they arrived.
