Absolutely. Ndeiya House is ideal for families with children. The open grounds, manicured lawns, and swimming pool make it a wonderful space for kids to enjoy and explore safely.
Yes — you are welcome to bring your own drinks. We ask that all guests drink responsibly and respect the venue and other guests at all times.
Yes. We provide secure parking for up to 50 vehicles on the property.
Yes on both counts. WiFi is available throughout the property, and we have a backup generator to ensure power continuity during your stay or event.
We have six en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. Three bedrooms have double beds, two have twin single beds, and one has a double bed plus two single beds. We do not allow extra guests beyond 14, as we do not have additional mattresses or beds.
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Accommodation includes exclusive use of all 6 bedrooms, access to the swimming pool and steam room, the lush gardens and man-made waterfalls, WiFi, a private chef (you provide the ingredients), and backup generator. Grill services are available on request. Contact us for current pricing.
Yes. Our in-house chef can prepare meals for up to 25 people. You bring the ingredients and the chef cooks according to a menu agreed with you in advance. For groups larger than 25, clients are expected to arrange their own catering.
Yes! We offer goat slaughter and grilling services. This must be arranged in advance — please mention it when you make your enquiry.
Team building day packages include morning tea and snacks, lunch with a soft drink or water, and afternoon tea and snacks. Individual pricing varies based on group size. Contact us for a quote.
Yes — Ndeiya Farm is our on-site working farm. We grow a range of fresh produce including lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, kale, spinach, and leeks, as well as dairy and eggs. Where possible, our in-house chef uses fresh farm produce in meals. The farm is also available for educational tours.
We don't supply these directly, but we have trusted vendors we can recommend upon request. Just mention it when you enquire and we'll connect you.
We don't offer in-house event coordination, but we can connect you with experienced event planners we work with regularly.
Wedding packages include: use of all garden spaces (max 150 guests), a rehearsal day for the bridal team, one free setup day and one free set-down day, access to power and water, two day guards, parking for up to 50 vehicles, the man-made waterfall backdrop, access to the swimming pool, and a complimentary engagement shoot. Clients need to bring portable washrooms and a washroom minder. Contact us for custom pricing.
Yes. An evening add-on is available, running from 6pm to 1am. This is ideal for an after-party or dinner reception. Contact us for pricing.
Yes. The swimming pool (with night lighting) is included in the accommodation rate, and is available for event and party bookings too. It is also available during weddings.
Yes — we have a beautiful steam room with a spacious seating area and cozy shower cubicle. It is available on request and is separately chargeable. Please mention it when booking.
Our property features beautiful man-made waterfalls set within the gardens, creating a stunning natural backdrop perfect for photos, ceremonies, and simply relaxing. They're one of the most beloved features of Ndeiya House.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one day before your event or arrival. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
